"No Support"

I am getting NO support from this Hospital at all. had 2 cancelled appointments this year and still no further forward after 2 years! Just left to just get on with stuff on my own. My mental health is terrible at the moment and they are making me feel worse.

Thank you for taking the time to add your comments about the service provided .I am sorry to hear that you have not experienced the standard of care that we expect.

There are clear protocols and procedures in place for ensuring that service users are responded to in a timely manner; including waiting time and clinic standards. I am very disappointed that for you we appear to have fallen below these expected standards

I would be grateful if you could contact your allocated care co-ordinator at the centre to discuss your individual needs or alternatively the Centre Manager Richard, both can be contacted at the Lymebrook Centre: 0300 790 0237, both of whom will be only too happy to agree with you a plan of collaborative care
