Due to recent events at the Bridge Centre I have contacted the CQC and
NHS CCG. This is because my records were incorrectly recorded. I am adopted and have woken up to the most awful feelings inside me. On a biological level i feel worthless etc... due to the incorrect recording of my notes it has led to me trying to commit suicide twice over the weekend.
I do agree that there is a lack of empathy, with alarmed doors as you come in and a reception area that looks like a bank with glass screens is somewhat off putting. The staff need to "be in the moment" . And fully engage with compassion towards the patients. I am a practising Buddhist and I have come to realise that the ego inside needs to be subdued. We are all a 4.6,000,000,000 year creation of the universe and we all connected through vibration and consciousness, please respect the people you are dealing with, we need more compassion than you can ever imagine . <3 Namaste <3
