"Having to beg for repeat prescriptions every time!"

Healthcare at Home never receive a repeat prescription from the inefficient Mortimer Market Centre for my life saving medication. For the past two years when my meds run out I have to call for days before I get a return phone call only to be told they can't help and get passed around and around with no results. I have my bloods done regularly and visit my doctor the required amount of times but still no repeat prescription is made. This has been frustrating after three days of phone calls still being no closer to having more medication to access.

I'm really sorry to hear that you’ve had such a bad experience in trying to get your repeat prescription.

People who use our delivery scheme do need to attend an appointment at Bloomsbury Clinic for the prescription to be generated and processed. It sounds like something has gone wrong here and I want to make sure you get your prescription as quickly as possible.
