(as the patient),

This was my second visit in a few months.

I had excellent care from all involved in my recent Day Case surgery at Crosshouse, including Nursing staff in DSU, Theatre 5 and Recovery. Uniformly fabulous. (Sister Karen I'm pointing at you! )

Many thanks to: Dr Collie for an excellent spinal anaesthetic and relaxing chat; Dr Rae for his fabulous care and skill; and, Dr Buck for coming in and sorting out the unexpected.

Everyone was thoroughly professional and kind.

Being on the "patient" side of the NHS for once was weird and stressful. Thanks again to all for making it the best it could be.
