"Gastroscopy"

I have had numerous examinations carried out over the past few years and have never had any real problems the one exception being when my gastroscopy was performed at a different centre (which I hope never to return to even though it is operated by the same trust). I have always found the staff to be helpful and caring. This examination is not a pleasant experience and it helps a great deal to have sincere staff who help to put you at ease. Many thanks to all of the staff including the nurses & reception staff for making the experience more endurable. I hope my next visit meets with the same standards your staff have provided in the past.
