"Before going for operation staff where..."

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary

What I liked

Before going for operation staff where very kind as i was very nervous ,

What could be improved

When coming round from anaesthetic being shown round i.e. where to wash toilet how the system worked ,meals ,

Anything else?

Nurses to show a bit more compassion towards patients even if on ward for short time , One of nurses answered phone to concerned relative. on2 occasions she put phone to her waist and did not even look at the patients board or ask any nurses how had been looking after the patients just said they are ok , Then got back to her conversation about a recent holiday to Cuba she had booked , Nurses who are based at the station during the night to have more compassion for patients who trying to sleep after recent surgery , Try to keep conversation down to work rather than going to the races next day and not getting enough sleep before having a skin full
