"Several appointments leading to prostate cancer"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital / Urology

I have been a patient with Urology over the past 2 + years, had two biopsies on my prostate, under local and general anaesthetic which led to being diagnosed with prostate cancer, although the news was life changing at the time, a year has passed since my diagnosis in August 2016, the treatment I received from my consultant and the staff at the Urology department was 100% exemplary. I had my prostate removed at the Lister in Stevenage in November 2016 and I now continue to be cared for back at the Luton and Dunstable under my consultant and the staff at the Urology department. I thank you all for your help, assistance and my consultant's guidance in moving forward with the treatment of my cancer.
