"Plebotomist awful"

I have being having blood tests at this clinic for years and the staff have always been really nice, However, there is one who is really awful.

I would never let them near me again to take blood .

Their attituite is awful, they are clumsy when taking blood and as I wear hearing aids I struggle to hear clearly what is being said.

They continued to mumble and was not clear despite me informing them that I struggle to hear.

I found them unprofessional and very rude.

In the end I had to say I cannot tell what you are saying and just left.
