What I liked

Whilst on holiday from Northern Ireland, I was experiencing some pain and seepage from a small operation behind my ear carried out Belfast the week previously. When I called in to Keswick Hospital, I was seen promptly by a doctor who prescribed antibiotic and took a swab, and a nurse who re-dressed the wound.

So as not to interfere with my holiday, I was seen every following morning at 8.30 to the end of my holiday to have the wound re-dressed. I was very grateful for the efficient, helpful and friendly treatment from the doctor, nurses and (stand-in) receptionist. I could not have asked for better service.

What could be improved

I can't think of anything.
