What I liked

hospital lay out with tea and coffee areas and family size sofa and chairs .

What could be improved

some times didnt know who was a staff member badges were not always visible ( as they wear normal clothes )

Thank you for your feedback about visiting CMH. The doctors, the pharmacist and the community nurse specialists who visit patients on the ward do not wear uniforms and we also have a number of volunteers who do not wear uniforms. However, our policy is for all staff to wear badges visibly at all times and we are sorry if this was not the case when you visited. We have since sent a reminder to all CMH staff.
