I attended for a lung function test at the cardio respiratory department. The reception staff were pleasant. After only a few minutes, and per my appointment time, I was seen by the nurse/technician.

The examination room was spotless and the nurse/technician put me at my ease by fully explaining every component of the examination, as well as answering the few questions I had. They obviously cared about their work.

The results were sent to my Consultant at Ormskirk Hospital in a timely manner.

I am totally satisfied with my treatment that day.
