About: King's Mill Hospital / Ophthalmology

having visited clinic 8 for the second time in a row. I would like to say that I am utterly disappointed. out of date notices . staff who just call your name out. that's if you can hear them. no one who knows what is happening. clinics running late but not being told. when you get seen you don't get to see who you are supposed to see. after sitting around for three hours without even an apology ,to then be told that you shouldn't be there. apparently it was an oversite two weeks running. was not impressed. I agree they were busy.
