"Waiting time awful"

About: Royal Free Hospital

I am undergoing cancer treatment which left me anxious and stressed.The waiting time at Breast clinic is absolutely awful never on time.One day i was waiting 2 hours behind my appointment time and now again waiting more then 1 hour which is absolutely horrendeous.I have never seen a clinic like this.

Thank you for leaving a review on NHS Choices, I am sorry for the wait you describe and the impact this will have had on you.

We do not like letting people down with long waits, but the clinic can be very busy and staff try to ensure patients receive enough time have any concerns answered.

However, the times you describe whilst often unavoidable are below the standard we would like to provide and for that we are sorry.
