Dear Relative,

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments, regarding your husband’s attendance at Heartlands Hospital.

I am sorry that there was a delay in your husband receiving an appointment, following his initial attendance.

Appointment letters are sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to an appointment.

If you or husband would be willing to contact the Patient Services team, we will be more than happy to check when the letter is due to be sent.

You can do this by either contacting our team on 0121 424 0808 (lines open 9am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday) or you can email your husband’s details to bhs-tr.Complaints-ConcernsandCompliments@nhs.net.

I will forward your email to the senior management teams for Urology and Appointments, so they are aware of your posting.

Regards

Jenny Langham

Patient Services Officer
