About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as the patient),

I have just had a 3rd appointment cancelled due to specialist nurse who administers Botox for migraine being off work.

This needs to be addressed as I will probably need to wait for another few months for next appointment
