"The staff were professional and caring"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Initially, I was feeling very apprehensive because I'd had to take a very strong laxative and as I had to travel on public transport, was terrified I'd have an 'accident'.

It didn't help that the procedure was in a hospital in a different town. Luckily that didn't happen.

However, at the hospital everything got better. The staff were professional and caring mixed with some humour so had me feeling very relaxed very quickly!

Everything went well during the procedure and thankfully, I had a positive outcome.
