"cannot book an appointment online."

I am frustrated because I cannot use phones as my nerves go, I become I am unable to talk coherently as anxiety takes over. it advertises booking on line, yet still 2 years later cannot book an appointment on line.

I currently have bilateral hip problems so cannot walk to centre at 7. 30am to book the same day. there is no email address and everything seems difficult and nothing is made easy, making my nerves, blood pressure and migraines worse.

I have had no benefits since march as esa cancelled, getting an appointment seems impossible and my mental state is deteriorating.
