"They don't listen"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Ear, Nose and Throat

I had an operation to stop chronic epistaxis in July and I went back 2 weeks ago as the problem is not fixed. I got told I have to see a paediatric ENT surgeon in 3 weeks 2 weeks ago and I'm now having to wait until October 3rd. You'd think I'd see a paediatric one in the first place but the way they manage things is appalling. If your a child and you need a paediatric surgeon you think you'd be referred to one in the first place!
