Visited A and E for a head injury. It was clearly busy, people were queuing to speak to reception. Apologies for the wait from the receptionist and asked to sit and and wait. Was seen with half an hour, my wound was glued and I was on my way home. Pleasant experience, staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
