I was brought to the department by ambulance suffering from exstreme back pain and spasams, not life threatening but I was in pain. The ambulance staff were excellent, the nurses and doctor who looked after me were brilliant, the Dr was very through in checking my medical history and the nurse who was assigned treated me with care and dignity. Apoligises for not knowing their names, I had had a lot of medication before I arrived at the hospital, and more was administered, I think I was in A&E for around 8 to 9 hrs, they also looked after my partner whilst I was there, we both were given a big hug by the nurse as we were leaving, I appreciate the system is not perfect but you deserve praise when it's due.
I have ticked all the boxes above as required, but some are not relevant to my visit and I was not really aware of my surroundings due to my condition.
Please pass on my thanks.
"Hi just like to thank the staff at Pembury A&E."
