"Careless Consoltant"

About: The Royal London Hospital For Integrated Medicine

I visited this hospital last week and met with a neurology consultant and I'm outraged by the poor service provided for me. The consultant mistaked me for another patient with the same name as me. However, once I tried to point out the mistake, the consultant insisted that I was wrong, even when I showed them my correct date of birth and adress. The consultant rudely kept interrupting me, insisting that I had already had a back surgery when I had not.

When I left the hospital I remembered that there is someone I knew who has a same name as me who had a back surgery at this hospital.

I called the next day and spike to the consultant's secretary to explain the errror but I was told that I did no have an appointment that day and that I did not come to the hospital at all.
