(as a service user),

I had to have a Colonoscopy which I wasn't looking forward to (especially the prep!)

The Patient Focus Booking office team and pre pre-assessment nurse were friendly and helpful.

When I arrived for the procedure the receptionist and staff were welcoming, patient and sociable which is exactly what I needed to help me through the appointment. I could add names of those who were directly involved with my care, but everyone I encountered was the same, both with me and those around me.
