Went to a and e. Assessed by doctor, sent to specialist amu unit. Care given was absolutely exemplary. Interviewed in great detail by doctor, fantastic service and very caring staff. Wentaway with prescriptions for necessary drugs and detailed letter for my gp. Can't praise whole experience highly enough.
