"Confident of the care provided"

Arrived early afternoon Saturday 26th August. Was seen and assessed promptly and sent to assessment ward. Everyone was friendly and ensured I was comfortable and settled. Information was given at all times on what was going on. I was moved again to appropriate ward .The staff were very busy but nothing was too much trouble.
