we live 500 yards away on Sunday 8th august my wife scolded herself on her hand face and chest we phoned the hospital to see if it was OK to pop in as we was only 500 yards away and the reply was sorry we don't deal with facial burns and we would wast our time going and was told to travel 20 miles to Truro my wife was in a grate deal of pain and was given pain killers immediately and this could have been done in minutes without traveling 20 miles if the helston hospital was run as it should . pain relief could have been sooner

I think what we went throe was totally disgusting
