"Your staff were excellent"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / Clinical haematology

(as a service user),

I attended the Anticoagulation unit, to undergo tests before swopping from Warfarin to Lixiana.

I would like to take this opportunity of stating how impressed I was with the service I received.

I was seen on time, & the whole process took less than an hour from start to finish.

Your staff were excellent - especially Nurse Hayley, who was very attentive, gave excellent advice, & seemed to be genuinely interested in my wellbeing.

Thank you again to everyone concerned.

PS I would also like to say how clean & well presented the hospital appeared.
