"I was always involved in all decisions, solutions and options"

I would like to share my experience of working with and along side Inclusion Wisbech Cambs:

I was booked in to have a medication detox, then in-between that their social worker  has been working with me in aim to be funded the money to go to rehabilitation straight after being detox.

I made this decision with the support of the caring staff at Inclusion who guided me and helped me to reduce the worrying of the application.

I feel that staff were able to commit to times and dates of appropriate building for different types of appointments and supported with travel to their best of their ability.

I felt mostly treated with respect, at times when certain issues/situations were not at there best, I was informed in the best manner appropriate at the time. I was always listened to taken seriously and understood to their best intentions. I was always involved in all decisions, solutions and options around recovery in my present and future.
