"my treatment was first class"

I was extremely anxious when receiving my bowel screeening letter to advise me my test had come back abnormal but I cannot thank the NHS screening program for their procedure.

 I posted my bowel test kit on the Friday and by Tuesday I had the letter back advising it was abnormal I had an appointment that week to see a screening practitioner who was lovely.

So a massive thank you to Kelly  who was also in the room when having my procedure. The following week I had a colonoscopy to establish the cause. One week from start to finish! ! !

The staff were amazing and a polyp was discovered and removed and my mind was totally put at ease. You hear so many negative reports about the NHS but I can honestly say my treatment was first class and would not have received anything any better both time wise and the attention of the staff involved had I have gone private. So a big big thank you and well done.
