I have been with the Practice for only a few years and it has been during the worst time possible for the NHS.....When I have had a problem, because I have explained what it was, It has been dealt with and sorted out without any backlash recrimination or anything else.
I can honestly say that the Reception Staff ; to me; go out of their way to be helpful, I have never found them to be rude, in fact I have heard more rudeness from Patients as I'm sat waiting for my appointment !
If I was on Reception I would be showing quite a few to the door and recommending they lean some Social Skills.
People need to grow up and try and self-help....Instead of expecting......you will always be disappointed.
We have amazing Staff and Doctors at our Practice start appreciating what you have.
It soon maybe gone....AND as for all the Patients who do not turn up for their appointments aught to be charged..... soon stop the: "I forgot" or "I don't need to see a Doctor,
I'm ok now !
