What I liked
I wa supposed to be on ward 3A but they were over flowing with patients so I was put on the heart transplant ward JIM QUICK, All the Staff on Jim Quick ward was outstanding in their care and approach to my welfare, I was made comfortable and safe in their care right from the outset.
The Doctors and Surgeons were courteous and explained in laymans terms what I could expext in the operation and the anaesetists were very re-assuring and made me feel very safe in their care.
All staff on the ward from the cleaner to the catering staff were so polite and helpful And I would like to say a special thanks to those who could not do enough for me.

What could be improved
How can perfection be improved...I have been in a few hospitals over the years and this one is the best.
