"Lost letter meant a missed appointment"

About: NHS England London Whipps Cross University Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I'm completely utterly annoyed and angry with the NHS! Today I received a letter saying that I missed my appointment and therefore I have been 'discharged back to the gp' and if I felt that I needed another appointment please contact my GP.  Where was my appointment letter? ? ! I did not receive any mail about my appointment this has made me angry I just want my tinnitus to go! I want to know my MRI results! I want to know if my mind is playing tricks on me or not! But I can't! My mum currently isn't in this country to sort this out so I have to wait even more I just wanna know the results is it that hard! I want the ringing to stop but can it no and I hate that fact that the letter they gave me wasn't even true! How can they do this to people? ! ?

I don't have time to go to a gp 8 in the morning and wait till 10am for my appointment time I have school and I can't ruin my attendance it will ruin my application! ! ! ! I was so close to knowing the truth now I'm back to square 1 how great isn't it! Most of the gps think I'm faking it and saying its my headphones but I hardly use them I've had this since 2016 Christmas holidays bluddy hell I'm only 15! I'm just truly ashamed that this is the type of society we live in nowhere days can they not call us and say 'oh u missed your appointment etc' or call/text giving us a reminder of our appointment. I really can't deal with this in my life omg! 😭
