"Disappointed with appointments"

Had an appointment for September had day booked off work.Got a letter on Saturday saying my appointment was on 30th August now.They had changed my appointment cancelled original one without asking if I wanted it changed.Though no fault of my own I now have to wait for a new appointment.Been waiting since end of May as I have a blood clot in leg.I can't believe you receive a letter on bank hols weekend expecting you to go to work on Tuesday and ask for the next day off.Hope I do not have to wait another 3 months!
