About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Trauma & Orthopaedics

No dignity shown to my uncle. No pain relief . News score 3 and sending him home with absolutely zero support unable to stand or walk properly with no care. Unsafe discharge and no family concerns taken in to consideration. I am a nurse elsewhere and appalled by the care and lack of cleanliness on the ward. Rude staff apart from 1 nurse who had some compassion.
