(as a relative),

I was transferred to ward with no explanation. Dumped in corner of Capel Ward and 2. 5hours later, despite four chases to the nurse sitting on the Ward, still waiting to be told why here, what's happening and when a nurse/doctor will be explaining what's happening.

The nurses are standing round moaning about their breaks and planning their Christmas party. I think the floor is filthy, the windows covered in dirt and the place seems total chaos.

I am so sorry to learn of your very poor experience which falls well below the standards we expect. I know that our most senior nurse on the ward has meet with you in person this afternoon to apologise and talk through all of actions being taken to address the issues you have kindly raised.
