Greeted by friendly staff, made to feel very at ease. All staff were thorough, excellent in care and manner. They took on board all my concerns and those involved with the op did an exceptional job. Thank you to all of them.

Dear hiker jane

Thank you for posting in Care Opinion regarding your care in the Day Surgery Unit, the staff in the unit work hard to make sure they deliver patient centred care, I am glad to see that they got this just right for you and were able to make you feel at ease, taking into account all your concerns. I will pass your comments on to all the staff.
