What I liked

I attended for an X-ray and the service was brilliant. I was 30 mins early, treated with courtesy and attention by reception, taken for X-ray within 2 minutes, put at ease and respected by the 'nurse'. All in all it was far better than I expecred. Thank you

What could be improved

Outside signage .....found it a little difficult finding the unit from outside

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on your recent hospital visit, We are delighted to hear that you did not have to wait for your xray, and that you felt well treated by out staff. Your kind comments will be passed on to the staff in the xray department.

Thank you also for comments regarding the signage outside of the hospital. We agree that there is a need to improve signage and a large project is underway at the hospital which is looking at how improvements can be made to make wayfinding ( signage and directions)easier. It involves both directions to the hospital and around the hospital sites , and includes the information given in appointment letters, maps, and signage both inside and outside of the hospital.
