I went into Queens via NHS direct, whose service was excellent, following a bout of severe pain.

I was seen straight away and went all the way to scan and results. The staff were wonderful, it was manic, how they keep it all together amazes me. They took the fear away.

It is so busy. I have nothing but praise for Queens. The staff work hard in and were very helpful.
