"Fainted with no help"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital / Accident and emergency

Today I visited A&E department with mother.

After visiting the first nurse, my mum was given painkillers and waited to get the blood test done.

While waiting to be visited by the doctor, my mother fainted and liturally collapsed on the chair. I went to ask for help and nobody moved a finger. I am 5 months pregnant and had to hold my mother on my own. One of the nurse even told me ' this is not fainting your mum is allert', when she was clearly collapsed on the chair and hit her head to the fire estinguisher. After me and few more people in the waiting room reacted to the absurd situation of being in an hospital and receiving zero help in that situation, eventually the doctor arrived and tried to reanimate my mother. I will formally complaint as this was out of order.
