(as a parent/guardian),

We would like to thank all the extremely kind and helpful people who looked after my son after his bike accident.

He was seen by caring, efficient and very friendly paramedics, doctors and nurses in the ambulance as well as at the A & E Department and at the Fracture Clinic of Ipswich Hospital. The receptionists allowed us to use the telephone and called a taxi for us. Thank you very much everyone.

Special thanks goes to lovely Ms Robinson. She was dealing with his injuries in such a competent and understanding way. It felt so good for the two of us. Thanks a million.

We will remember the excellent healthcare we received.
