"poor service"

About: Manor Hospital / Gynaecology

i was referred to the gynaecologist back in april for infertility testing i had some tests done a cervix check which came back fine then i was sent for a hsg in april and some blood work was done i didn't get a follow up appointment untill the 23/8/17 at 2-45 for the results from my hsg which can be given to you straight away at any other hospital i arrived fifteen minute early and waited over hour to be seen even though i had been waiting for this appointment 3 months i then get capped in by a member of staff who looks dome up and down when i rented ed the room asked me to confirm my dob and address and then they looked at me and said your tubes are blocked no dye entered the tubes you need ivf as u have a child u will have to fund yourself and its very expensive didn't show me any evidence of my tubes being blocked couldn't tell me where the blockage was either said tubal surgery the hospital not do anymore and also lapscropy they said u have severe risk of infection and blood loss so i don't advise u go for this left me stunned as the support wasn't there or any concern from r dropping this bombshell of news on someone that they can never have a child again naturally no thought i then had to ask about my blood test results for my ovary myself they just

looked at me and said they are working you are ovulating but u won't get pregnant without private ivf come with me and il get u a book shouted across to a nurse where there were two or three standing there and said can

u give this lady a private ivf book confidentiality y where that came in to it i don't know and went on to the next patient i have never been left that way with giving me news with no explanation or no proof to show me that they were blocked or where and what's the cause was and also why the can't be fine unblocked if they were blocked i really want a second opinion as to be honest how can it be said my tubes are blocked with no proof or not being able to tell me where they are blocked or how i think i have been treated very unfairly and this outcome

as left me very disheartened the service has been a very traumatic experience and i would not recommend this hospital if you have infertility issues

as you still have no clear explanation just want to sign

u off the books
