The staff at Russell's Hall are unbelievably caring and kind. I especially want to thank the two people in the discharge lounge ( I am not sure if I am allowed to put their names but they deserve medals) We waited over five hours for an ambulance and those two members of staff looked after us with such compassion. They finished their shift at 7.30 and stayed with us until 9pm even though their families were expecting them home and they were tired. They rang their families and told them they would be late. I cannot thank them enough and I will find a way to thank them personally. They were amazing.
