"The NHS should be proud!"

I attended for a hysteroscopy, not had one before so I was apprehensive! The staff were friendly, the procedure was clearly explained to me and every effort was made to make the experience as "comfortable" as possible. There was continued reassurance and support as each stage was completed and afterwards the outcomes/actions were discussed before I left.

There were also a few laughs (unexpected given the circumstances) the staff were an utter credit to the hospital and the NHS.
