"Very nice Nurse"

Dear Cottingham Medical Centre @ NHS Team,

Hello, I am 17 years old and I have special needs and I attend a local Community Special School.

I am currently on my summer holidays.

I attended the surgery to have a blood test, the nurse who I saw was called Anne and she explained everything to me about the blood test, she was very nice and understanding of me and my special needs and she did a good job of doing it, although my arm still does ache. Anne made me feel comfortable and relaxed and even shook my hand when I left the room… Very polite and understanding nurse.
