"Great Physio Service"

About: Vale Community Hospital

Took a while to get the appointment but when I did it seemed worth while. Very in depth first visit going through my past problems and pain scale. Given a mobility check to see how well (or not) I could move. From there I was exercised with the help of the Physio with due caution so as not to make my symptoms worse. I was there for an hour that only seemed like 10 mins. I was given a "To do" sheet with the exercises I needed to do through the next weeks before returning.

I have been back several times over the past 2 months and thankfully see the same Physio, that is a good thing, it means you don't have to explain everything again.

Unfortunately I have a problem that needs further investigation via the MUSKAT team so have been transferred to them. Credit to my Physio, they really did try hard to get me moving again.
