"Hello I had my shoulder release operation here"

Hello again from the start of my treatment preoperative evaluation and assessment I was very well looked after, all the staff were kind and made me feel safe and cared for, and at no time did I feel left out as to what was going on around me, And what was going to happen to me with regards my operation,

All the staff were calm and relaxed in the way they went about doing there job, which had the same effect on me.

It meant a lot to me,

Postoperative care was first class as well the pain relief management was first class, I slept well for the first time for ages,

I would say that I had nothing to fear then ! and nothing to fear now if I had to go back again for any treatment what so every.
