The Advocacy Support Service has been of immense help to me and my family.

The information we have been given about the law and our rights have been very good as they were things we did not know. Antonia Woods has helped me and been by my side to support me. She is very professional in her approach but at the same time very caring and knowledgeable and supportive.

She listens to my views and is always there if I need to ask her anything. The service is excellent and even the people on the switchboard has been helpful. Nothing could of been better, The help we have received has been over and beyond anything we could of hoped for and will help me have a better future due to this. It has made me feel valued and treated as a individual, also empowered. It has also helped relieve the pressure on my family in trying to get help that we so badly needed. Thank you for all your help.
