About: Princess Anne Hospital

I would like to express my extreme displeasure at the services given here. I have had numerous visits and most have been diabolical and totally disorganised. One visit I was referred to phlebotomy to find they had no records of my doctors requests. I had taken time off work to attend, I waited over an hour for them to finally decide they would see me to then have the phlebotomist flick the needle on withdrawal leaving a small scar. We then attended early pregnancy to find we had miscarried and were treated with coldness from the staff with a "this happens" attitude. I have now 3 months later received a letter stating that I am a visiting person to the UK and owe £500 unless I prove I am a British citizen!! I have lived in the uk my entire life and was born here. I have never seen such disorganisation in a Trust. Highly disappointed. I am now pregnant again and feel very very unsure about receiving maternity care from here if they can't even deal with their admin correctly!
