From the moment I walked through the doors of the treatment centre I was made to feel not only that I mattered but that they would (and did) go out of their way to resolve any issues even when it didn't relate directly to my care. It was important to them that the whole experience was as stress free as possible, something they achieved with aplomb.

I include every member of staff I encountered in this review- they were all exceptional and all worked with the view that what they were doing was important for the patients- there wasn't a single member of staff that behaved as though they didn't care. Having experienced hospitals from both a staff and patient perspective I can say this with absolute certainty- the standards of care here are rarely achieved elsewhere.
