Had such bad experiences with the surgery!

Takes 10 calls to get through, to then when I do the staff are unhelpful and rude, just to say they cannot get you an appointment for 3 weeks even when you explain you really need one.

Try ringing at 8.30 in a morning for a full week and no appointments left for that day.

Last July I had my implant taken out due to it expiring, they left me for 8 weeks without having one put back in because they were no nursed available. I rung to speak and they prescribed me a contraceptive pill over the phone until i could have an implant re applied, I then went for my appointment for them to ask me if ive used any contraception whilst having no implant, to then find it the pill i was I shouldnt have had due to my sister having heart conditions.

Moving to a differant surgery as i never usually need an appointment but when i do their useless!
