What I liked

My mother was taken into hospital by ambulance & died on the Hadfield ward 3 weeks later. The care from the ambulance staff and doctors and nurses on the ward was faultless. Everybody was so nice to us. I liked the fact that at all times we were kept up to date with my mum's condition. I can't thank the doctors and nursing staff enough for the dignity they gave my mother at the end of her life.

Anything else?

I had never been to the Northern General before and had never heard anything nice said about it. I was expecting it to be dingy and old-fashioned but it was just the opposite.
